To Our Valued Patients,

In an effort to support national efforts to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, our practice is taking the following steps to help assure your health and well-being and that of our community:

  • We are following directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a way to limit patient and staff exposure to this virus.
  • Your health, and the health of our dedicated staff, matters to us, so going forward we will suspend all non-emergency care for three weeks, until April 5th
  • Patients will be seen only for urgent and emergency dental needs.

Emergency Dental CareIf you are patients of record and you have a dental emergency, please call our office at 425-235-4950 and you will be directed to emergency contact number. Of course, please call us right away if you have a dental emergency or need immediate care.

The safety and well-being of our patients continues to be our primary concern. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 nationally and within our community and keep you up-to-date regarding our plans to reopen for business as usual. Please check back our website for business hours.

Throughout our history, as a health care provider, we have always followed the highest standards for safety and sanitation. Doctor Bui and our care team take these actions very seriously, and we want you to feel confident and safe during your visit. We understand these changes may be inconvenient and frustrating to our patients. We hope by taking these steps, we can prevent the spread of the virus in our community.

The most important thing we all can do is practice good hand hygiene – washing your hands often or using hand sanitizer. Also, avoid touching your face. In addition, whenever possible, maintain a social distance (6 feet) from others.

We are closely monitoring our local and state health departments, the Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure that our patients and team members stay safe and remain healthy. As developments occur, we will quickly adapt and will be ready to support you and your loved ones.

We encourage you to visit King County Public HealthWa Department of HealthCDC, to learn about the virus and protocols and obtain updates about how to protect yourself and others. We also encourage you to call the Washington State Department of Health Coronavirus Hotline at 800-525-0127 and check your local news for up-to-the-minute updates.

Lastly, we appreciate your trust in Healthy Smile Dentistry and would like to thank you for your flexibility and patience as we implement additional steps of providing the best dental care while reducing the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus. Our goal is to protect you, your loved ones and our team members, and wish you remain healthy. We look forward to seeing you soon. If you have questions, please contact our care team at (425) 235-4950, or
